The edifice is located in the newest residential quarter in the town of Varna. It’s a mixed use building with mainly residential function. It has been designed with two subterranean storeys for parking. There are shops and a restaurant on the ground floor. The next seven floors are occupied by apartments. The triangular plot gives the building its most distinctive character and creates the main accent of the fa?ade. The particular point where the two facades meet, the volume of the building is clipped and accentuated by a ventilating wooden facade in a dark colour.
