The site is located in the oldest Black Sea resort - St. St. Constantine and Helena. The building is situated towards the inner boundary of the site and a park with a area for relaxation, a playground, a pool and a summer bar lie in the space in front. On the three above-ground levels are 22 apartments and on the underground level are 24 parking spaces. Each of the apartments on the first floor has access to a lush garden space separated from the common recreational area with a hedge. The volume of the building is dictated by the investors’ desire to have a quality and stylish architecture. The facades are segmented vertically by the rhythmical offset of the volumes, the French windows and the decorative blinds. The volumes that stand out in front of the main plane of the facade are separated by a coating of travertine with a gap. The details of stone and cast iron compliment the style of the building and the horizontal stone cornices give a sense of completion the facades.
