This competition has been announced by Avangard Motors in agreement with the Municipality of Yerevan city and the participation of Ministry of Urban Development of the Republic of Armenia. The aim of the competition is to produce a new and original project for urban development. The project will be integrated architecturally and functionally with the existing urban landscape. This international competition has only one phase and is open one. The participants have to present an architectural design concept, taking into account the important site and the dominant position of this project for the urban development of the town. This multifunctional complex contains three buildings- an international business centre, hotel and luxury residential building.
